We ship all orders from the Netherlands.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.
Estimated delivery times
The Netherlands & Belgium: 3–5 business days
Europe & international: 7–14 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs, and local postal services.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping costs
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.
Customs & import duties
For orders outside the European Union, customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receiving it.
Within these 30 days, you must notify us that you wish to return your order by contacting us at:

After notifying us, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in its original condition
The item must be returned in its original packaging
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
