1. Identity of the entrepreneur

Unique U is a sole proprietorship, established in the Netherlands and registered with the Chamber of Commerce under the name Unique U.

2. Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements between Unique U and the consumer regarding the purchase of the Human Design Discovery Cards and related products via the website(s).

By placing an order, the consumer agrees to these general terms and conditions.

3. The offer

All products are described as clearly and completely as possible. Images and descriptions are for illustrative purposes only and may differ in detail from the actual product.

Obvious errors or mistakes in the offer do not bind Unique U.

4. Conclusion of the agreement

An agreement is concluded at the moment the consumer places an order via the website and the payment is successfully completed.

Unique U confirms the order by email.

5. Prices and payment

All listed prices include VAT and any shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.

Payment is made via the payment methods offered on the website. Unique U reserves the right to refuse an order in case of incorrect details or payment problems.

6. Delivery and shipping

Orders are shipped via PostNL to the Netherlands, Belgium, and, in consultation, to other countries within the European Union.

Unique U strives to ship orders as soon as possible. Stated delivery times are indicative and do not entitle you to compensation in the event of exceeding them.

The risk of loss or damage to products passes to the consumer at the moment of delivery.

7. Right of withdrawal and return

The consumer has the right to terminate the agreement within 14 days after receipt of the product.

Returns

Returns are only accepted when the product:

  • unused

  • undamaged

  • completely

  • and, if reasonably possible, in the original packaging

is being returned.

If these conditions are not met, Unique U may refuse the return.

If the product shows signs of use, is damaged, or is returned incomplete, we reserve the right to charge a reduction in value . This reduction in value may be offset against the amount to be refunded.

The costs of return shipping are the responsibility of the consumer. Upon correct receipt of the returned product, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days.

8. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal for damaged or opened products

Products that have been used, are damaged, or whose packaging has been opened are not eligible for the right of withdrawal.

9. Liability

Unique U is not liable for damage arising from the use of the products, unless caused by intent or gross negligence.

The Human Design Discovery Cards and related information are intended for personal insights and reflection and do not constitute a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

Decisions made based on information from Unique U are entirely the responsibility of the consumer.

10. Force Majeure

Unique U is not obliged to fulfill obligations if it is prevented from doing so as a result of force majeure, including but not limited to illness, transport problems, strikes, government measures, or disruptions at suppliers or carriers.

11. Complaints

Complaints regarding products or services must be submitted in writing or by e-mail within a reasonable time after discovery.

Unique U responds to complaints as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days of receipt.

12. Privacy

The privacy statement of Unique U applies to the processing of personal data. This can be consulted via the website.

13. Applicable law and disputes

Dutch law applies to all agreements.

Disputes shall preferably be resolved by mutual agreement. If this is not possible, disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
